How fees work

  • Free plan: a 0.25% Sulit Suites fee applies to each successful online payment over A$50. Payments of A$50 or less are fee free. Manual, cash and bank-transfer payments never carry a Sulit Suites fee.
  • Solo and Pro: 0% Sulit Suites transaction fee on every payment, at any amount.
  • Stripe card processing fees are separate on every plan and are charged by Stripe, not Sulit Suites. Refunds return the Sulit Suites fee — fully for a full refund, proportionally for a partial one.
