Booking sites for creative professionals

Creative work is sold on the portfolio and lost on the admin. Sulit Suites puts the gallery, the services and the booking on one page, takes the deposit that holds the date, and keeps the client conversation attached to the job.

Photographers, videographers, makeup and hair artists, illustrators, designers and other creatives who sell time and a look.

The problem

A portfolio site that cannot take a booking, a booking link that looks nothing like your work, and a deposit chased through three apps. Creative clients book on confidence; the page they land on has to carry it.

The workflow

  1. Pick a template in Site Studio and lead with your gallery. Solo and Pro unlock your own colours, fonts and logo; Pro adds full design control and a background image.
  2. Describe each offer as a service with a duration and price: a session, a package, a half day.
  3. Set a deposit per service so the date is held when they book, and your cancellation terms are on the same page. See Payments.
  4. Use buffers and minimum notice so sessions do not stack and travel has room. See Availability.
  5. Keep briefs, references and changes in the booking's message thread with attachments (Solo and Pro). See Client Management.

Showing your work

Free includes a small gallery; Solo and Pro have no gallery limit. Testimonials you add appear in their own section. Social links sit in the footer of your site. On Pro, your Sulit subdomain gives you your-name.sulit.today.

Limits to know about

  • Sulit Suites is not a proofing or gallery-delivery tool for finished work; it presents a portfolio and takes bookings.
  • Image uploads are sized for the web, not for print delivery.
  • Custom domains are coming soon.

Questions from creative professionals

Can I take a deposit and the balance later?
Yes. Set a deposit on the service. The balance can be paid later online through the client portal or recorded as a manual payment.
Can clients send me reference images?
On Solo and Pro, messages support attachments and stay attached to the booking.
Will my site look like everyone else's?
Templates set the structure. Solo adds your colours, fonts and logo; Pro adds full design control.
