For freelancers

Booking software for freelancers

You already have the clients. What you are missing is the thirty minutes a day spent confirming times over messages, chasing deposits and sending the same link again. Sulit Suites puts your services, your availability and your booking page at one address and lets clients do the booking.

Photographers, tutors, makeup artists, coaches, consultants and other freelancers who already have clients.

The problem

Freelance work arrives through DMs, texts and email. Every enquiry becomes a back-and-forth about times, a manual deposit request and a calendar entry you type yourself. It works until you are busy, which is exactly when it stops working.

The workflow

  1. Build your mini-site in Site Studio: your services, prices, a few portfolio images and your story.
  2. Set your real week in Availability, with buffers and minimum notice so bookings land where you want them.
  3. Decide per service whether you want a deposit, full payment or no online payment, through your own Stripe account. See Payments.
  4. Put one link in your bio, your email signature and your replies. Clients pick a time that is genuinely free and book.
  5. Manage everything from one dashboard: confirmations, reschedules, client notes, receipts and, on Solo and Pro, messages tied to each booking.

What you get on Free

  • A published mini-site with templates, three services and a small gallery.
  • Online booking from your real availability.
  • Online payments where eligible, plus cash and bank transfer.
  • Client records, receipts and a client portal.

Free is a real plan, not a trial. It carries a small Sulit Suites fee on larger online payments; Solo and Pro remove that fee and add messaging, branding and more. See Pricing.

Limits to know about

  • Free is capped at three services and a small gallery; Solo and Pro are unlimited.
  • Messaging is a Solo and Pro capability.
  • Automatic calendar sync is planned, not available. Solo and Pro can export calendar files.
  • Custom domains are coming soon; Pro includes your Sulit subdomain today.

Questions from freelancers

Do I need an ABN or a registered business to use Sulit Suites?
Sulit Suites does not require one. Stripe will verify your identity and bank account before you can take online payments. For what you need to operate as a freelancer in Australia, check official government guidance; Sulit Suites does not give tax or legal advice.
Can I keep my existing clients off a public directory?
Yes. Your mini-site is only found by the people you share it with. Sulit Market discovery is a separate, opt-in choice.
What does it cost to start?
Nothing. Free is A$0 forever. See Pricing for the Sulit Suites fee on larger online payments and what Solo and Pro add.
